Registrations are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to the address supplied.
Payment in full is to be made on registration. Due to limited places at the seminars we cannot confirm your space until we have received payment. Payment can be made by PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
Note: Registration fee refunds are subject to the cancellation policy. Please see Cancellation Policy for further information.
The registration deadline for each seminar is, preferably, seven days prior to the start of the seminar. Please make note of the dates for your preferred seminar to ensure you do not miss out. Last minute registrations and payments will be taken subject to availability.
Venue details and other seminar information will be e-mailed once receiving your registration.
We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a seminar for which you have registered. Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to arrange one of the following options:
If you are unable to attend a seminar or course, and do not notify Wild Adventures prior to the event, you will be charged the full registration fee.
Courses and seminars may be cancelled or postponed due to low registration, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such an event, the registrants will be notified as soon as possible, and seminar fees fully refunded, credited or transferred to another seminar as soon as possible.
Wild Adventures is not liable for any costs or charges incurred in the event that any seminar is cancelled or postponed due to low registration numbers or unforeseen circumstances. This includes charges imposed by travel agencies, rental car companies, airlines, shuttle services, and/or hotels. If you need to travel to attend any seminar, we suggest that you talk to your travel agent about the purchase of travel insurance as protection against cancellations, postponements and emergencies.
Your use of this website, course or seminar content, participation and engagement is exclusively at your own risk. Warranties or guarantees on content suitability do not exist. We will not be liable or accept any responsibility whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses, claims, expenses or liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to your access to, use, inability to use, change in content of this website, or course and seminar content.
No cameras, phones, audio or recording devices are permitted in any Wild Adventures seminars or training classes. Any person or persons discovered with a camera, phone, audio or recording device will be subject to removal from the course via on-site security.
The seminar content and documentation may not be duplicated, distributed and otherwise shared without the written consent of Wild Adventures.
Online course access is only authorised for the purchaser and accessible on three devices only. Software detects patterns of login entries. Unauthorised access via sharing or stolen passwords will have subscriptions cancelled indefinitely with no refund.
Courses have varied access, some are limited to time periods, others limited to numbers of views. Some are available for a lifetime access. Lifetime refers to the unknown period of the website’s existence. Subscription holders will be notified if a site will close indefinitely and plans provided to access the content.
Online course content is not to be copied, shared or reproduced in any way, shape or form and is not to be shown in public.
Subscriptions will be cancelled if unacceptable behaviour occurs.
Competitions run via Wild Adventures are governed by basic terms and conditions. Prizes are not redeemable, or transferable to other person/s unless agreed upon by Wild Adventures.
